Ms. Arrowood joins Opes Advisors with 16 years of experience in the residential lending business. She is the Branch Manager for the Sonoma office of Opes Advisors and is a Registered Mortgage Advisor with the International Association of Registered Financial Consultants (IARFC). This designation indicates that she meets IARFC’s high standards of education, experience and integrity. Before Opes, Gayle worked with RPM Mortgage and specialized in financing primary residences, investment properties, and construction loans. Gayle is experienced with conventional financing, as well as financing options for the California Public Employees' Retirement System (CalPERS), the California State Teachers' Retirement System (CalSTRS), Federal Housing Administration (FHA) and Veteran Affairs (VA). Gayle focuses on facilitating each client’s mortgage process to ensure they are fully informed of their choices and benefits.

Gayle is a member of the California Association of Mortgage Professionals, the National Association of Mortgage Brokers and is the Treasurer of the Sonoma Valley Chapter of REALTOR's®.
